Everything was perfect, including really helpful staff and favourable location above a pizza restaurant. Location: the hotel was just next door to Kilkenny Castle and sights nearby and restaurants, shops, and Kilkenny castle. Had nice dainties at Coffee Lane, located near the property.

The staff was welcoming and the hostess too. The position was marvellous, pubs and restaurants are walk from the hotel. Visited a few interesting places, including The Blackbird Gallery, located at a short distance from the venue.

The folks working here were affable and welcoming. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, for example, a train station was near the venue. I liked being in this place. my one night in Kilkenny was delightful. The staff was friendly, the location couldn't have been better with the train station nearby, and I really enjoyed my stay at Billycan Guest Rooms.
